CITY GUIDES paris Go out Rex Club The historic and iconic Parisian electro club whose walls keep more secrets than the Oval Office inside the White House. While some speak of a renewal of the East Parisian night, there’s a place that never gave up, even when the Parisian night was gloomy. This place is the Rex Club. Every Parisian has memories of this club that invited, and still invites, the best DJs in the world. If I had to name only one of my Rex memories –it’s very complicated to sort them out– I’d bring up a 2009 set of DJ Hell, shortly after the release of his album Teufelswerk. Hearing ‘You can dance’ resonate as I was just in the center of the dance floor will remain as one of the greatest moments of my clubbing life. Yes, no less!
